Responding to “Unequivocal” Climate Change: Understanding the Legal and Policy Implications of the Latest IPCC Report
This panel discussion, is part of Penn’s Climate Week. It will examine what the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report, issued in July 2021, suggests about the future of U.S. climate change law and policy.

The panel will feature perspectives from leading climate policy experts: Nathaniel Keohane, President of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, Shelley Welton, Associate Professor of Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law, and Daniel Bodansky, Regents’ Professor of Law at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Professor Cary Coglianese, Director of the Penn Program on Regulation, will moderate.
